Zornia dyctiocarpa DC. APNI* 
Description: Prostrate or decumbent perennial to c. 30 cm high, ± gland-dotted, glabrous or sparsely hairy.
Leaves with 2 leaflets; lower leaflets ± ovate, upper ones lanceolate to linear, 0.8–3 cm long, 2–5 mm, rarely to 10 mm wide; petiole 15–20 mm long; stipules narrow-ovate, 6–8 mm long, apex ± acute.
Inflorescences up to 20 cm long; bracts ovate 8–12 mm long, 3–5 mm wide, glabrous to sparsely ciliate. Calyx 4–5 mm long. Corolla 5–12 mm long, yellow to orange with dark red blotches.
Lomentum 15–25 mm long; articles 4–9, reticulate, glabrous or sparsely ciliate, rarely with bristles.
Distribution and occurrence: Widespread in grassland and open forest.
