Westringia sericea B.Boivin APNI* 
Description: Shrub 0.3–2 m high.
Leaves in whorls of 3; lamina lanceolate, but often appearing ± linear, 20–30 mm long, 1.5–4 mm wide, length to breadth ratio 7.5–13, margins entire and strongly revolute such that often only midrib visible; lower surface densely hairy; upper surface glabrous or sparsely hairy basally; petiole 1–2 mm long, glabrous or sparsely hairy.
Bracteoles 1–1.2 mm long. Calyx green to maroon; outer surface sparsely hairy; tube 3–3.3 mm long; lobes narrow-triangular, 2.5–3.5 mm long, 1–1.5 mm wide; lobe to tube ratio 0.8–1.2. Corolla c. 12 mm long, pale mauve, almost white to lavender coloured, with orange to brownish dots.
Flowering: spring.
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in rocky slopes and ridges of sclerophyll forest; north from Grafton district.
