Description: Annual herb, 10–30 cm high, erect, sparsely bristly, viscid with numerous glandular hairs.
Leaves flat, oblong to oblanceolate, 15–40 mm long, 2–8 mm wide, margins entire or with 1 or 2 pairs of small obtuse lobes; lower leaves broader, stem-clasping.
Heads 6–7 mm long; involucral bracts glandular-pubescent. Ray florets pink to purple.
Achenes obovate to oblanceolate, 2.5–3.5 mm long; marginal ridges pale, prominent, glabrous; faces smooth, darker with short scattered non-glandular hairs; pappus bristles in 1 or 2 rows, 3.5–5 mm long.
Flowering: August–October
Distribution and occurrence: Grows among rocks, west from Tibooburra.
