Sida sp. B sensu Harden (1990) APNI*
Description: Prostrate to ascending perennial herb <30 cm high, sparsely hairy to glabrous.
Leaves with lamina 5–15 mm long; petioles 1–5 mm long; stipules persistent, 2–3 mm long.
Flowers solitary or sometimes few in clusters in the axils; peduncles 1–2 mm long. Calyx c. 5 mm long, campanulate with truncate lobes. Corolla shortly exceeding calyx, often remaining attached to the mature fruits.
Fruit 4–6 mm wide, mostly glabrous, conical at centre; mericarps 6–8, slightly wrinkled on back, honeycombed at sides.
Distribution and occurrence: Uncommon.

Recent unpublished work suggests Sida sp. B sensu Harden (1990) should be split between Sida sp. limestone (D.E.Albrecht 5748) R.M.Barker and Sida sp. Woodstock (R.W.Purdie 695D) Qld Herbarium.
