Sarcochilus ceciliae F.Muell. APNI* 
Description: Erect epiphyte or rarely terrestrial herb, with usually numerous tufted shoots; stems 2–12 cm long.
Leaves linear, 2.5–9 cm long, 3–10 mm wide, channelled, usually spotted.
Inflorescence 4–14 cm long, 3–20-flowered, erect to pendent; rachis usually shorter than peduncle; pedicel plus ovary 4–6 mm long. Flowers campanulate; dorsiventral dimension of flower about equal to lateral dimension. Sepals and lateral petals usually pink. Labellum c. 2 mm long, with hairs on the midlobe. Column c. 2 mm long, slightly shorter than column foot, set almost at right angles to it.
Flowering: October–January
Distribution and occurrence: Usually grows on rocks or rarely in soil in sclerophyll forest or exposed sites, from 300 to 1050 m alt.; north from the Hastings R. catchment.
