Plectranthus alloplectus S.T.Blake APNI*
Description: Non-aromatic shrub to c. 70 cm high; branches densely covered with yellowish or whitish multicelled, reflexed hairs and orange sessile glands.
Leaves with lamina narrow-ovate, 3–7.5 cm long, 1–3.5 cm wide; apex obtuse or acute; base ± cuneate; margins finely crenate; only lower surface densely hairy and densely glandular; petiole mostly 0.2–15 cm long.
Calyx 1.7–2.3 mm long, 3.5–4 mm long in fruit. Corolla 8–12 mm long, usually violet-blue; tube decurved at an angle of 120° -140° , hairy; most lobes with sessile glands.
Flowering: January–April
Distribution and occurrence: Uncommon, occurs on cliffs and steep ledges; only known from one collection from the Woodenbong area.
