Description: Small shrub to 0.6 m high; stems terete, ± bristly.
Leaves sessile, ± terete to narrow-oblong to elliptic, 10–25 mm long, 1–5 mm wide, apex acute and mucronate, sparsely bristly, upper surface smooth and deeply concave, lower surface warty and rounded; sessile.
Flowers axillary, solitary; peduncle 0.5–2 mm long; pedicel 2–5 mm long with 2 pairs of minute bracteoles at base. Petals elliptic, 7–8 mm long, white to pink, glabrous, keel thickened and glandular.
Cocci erect or slightly divaricate, c. 7 mm long, beak c. 3 mm long.
Flowering: Spring.
Distribution and occurrence: Coastal ranges, from Sydney to the Nerriga district. Grows in dry sclerophyll forest and heath on the coastal ranges.
