Description: Glabrous climber.
Leaves usually 3-lobed, lamina 3–10 cm long, margins of lobes ± entire, pale green; petiole 2–5 cm long, with 1–3 filiform glands scattered along it; stipules leafy, 10–30 mm long, c. 10 mm wide, slightly curved but not tapered into apex.
Flowers c. 5 cm diam., white tinged with green.
Berry ovoid, 40 mm long, green; not edible.
Distribution and occurrence: Widespread weed along coast on margins of rainforest and moist open forest. Native of Brazil.
