Description: Erect herb; bulb usually without any offsets
Leaves up to 15, white-striped
Inflorescence to 30 cm long, raceme corymb-like; flowers fewer than 20, flat cup-shaped, erect, to 2.5 cm wide; bracts short; tepals white with a green stripe, not reflexed at fruiting; ovary green.
Fruit erect.
Flowering: Spring
Distribution and occurrence: Cultivated; rarely naturalised, e.g. near Parkes. Native of Europe and SW Asia.
