Lindsaea fraseri Hook. APNI* 
Description: Rhizome creeping; covered with narrow golden-brown scales.
Fronds not tufted, 10–40 cm long; stipe straw-coloured, darker at the base, shorter than the lamina; lamina 1-pinnate; yellowish green, very narrow-lanceolate, 17–35 cm long, 15–35 mm wide.
Sterile fronds with pinnae lanceolate to ± ovate, 1.2–2 cm long, 5–15 mm wide at the base of the frond, the upper ones shorter, c. as long as wide; margins crenate-toothed, shortly stalked. Fertile fronds with pinnae slightly narrower, the margins entire or with occasional shallow incisions. Sori ± continuous.
Distribution and occurrence: in swamp forest or open forest; rare in N.S.W., confined to the far north coastal areas.
