Leptospermum morrisonii Joy Thomps. APNI* 
Description: Shrub or small tree, from c. 2 to > 5 m high, bark firm, ultimately corrugated, younger stems with a short persistent pubescence.
Leaves aromatic, narrow-elliptic to oblanceolate, 15–35 mm long, 2–8 mm wide, flat or recurved, silky at first, soon glabrous; apex acute, point blunt and infolded; base tapering, scarcely petiolate.
Flowers solitary, usually 12–15 mm diam., greenish cream or white. Hypanthium c. 4 mm long. Sepals 2.5–3.5 mm long, glabrous. Petals 5–7 mm long. Stamens 3.5–4.5 mm long. Ovary 5-locular.
Fruit 6–10 mm diam., valves spreading to exceed rim.
Flowering: late December
Distribution and occurrence: and Jan. Grows in sclerophyll woodland and shrubby communities on exposed rocky escarpments, slopes or on rocky creek banks or sandy alluvium, from southern Blue Mtns to Corang R.
