Leptospermum gregarium Joy Thomps. APNI* 
Description: Shrub c. 2 m high, close bark shed in strips or flakes, younger stems pubescent.
Leaves broad-obovate to oblanceolate, mostly 5–10 mm long, usually 2.5–4 mm wide, incurved, thick, glands prominent, pubescent; apex obtuse to broad acute, point often blunt; base tapering to a very short broad petiole.
Flowers usually solitary, 8–10 mm diam., white. Hypanthium glands obvious, c. 3 mm long, pubescent. Sepals 1.5–2 mm long, pubescent. Petals 3–4 mm long. Stamens 1.5–2 mm long. Ovary 5-locular.
Fruit 4–8 mm diam., surface lifting, later gnarled, valves only occasionally spread beyond rim.
Flowering: November–December
Distribution and occurrence: In high-altitude swamps and along rocky stream banks, north from Nundle district.
