Lepidium leptopetalum (F.Muell.) F.Muell. APNI*
Description: Perennial shrub to 60 cm high, stems sparsely papillose.
Leaves linear to ± terete, to 5 cm long, c. 1 mm wide, succulent, clustered.
Inflorescence a short raceme. Sepals c. 5 mm long. Petals linear, 7–9 mm long, < 1 mm wide, white to yellow. Stamens 6. Silicula elliptic to ovate, 7–9 mm long, 4–5 mm wide; style longer than apical notch; wing c. 1 mm wide; gynophore c. 1 mm long; pedicel spreading, 6–9 mm long, ± glabrous.
Distribution and occurrence: Widespread in semi-arid regions.
