Hymenophyllum moorei Baker APNI* Description: Rhizome shortly creeping, wiry, with reddish brown adpressed hairs.
Fronds: stipe 1–3 cm long; lamina ovate-lanceolate in outline, 1–3 cm long, 0.5–2 cm wide, bipinnatifid; ultimate divisions linear, 1.5–2 mm wide, serrate.
Sori immersed, lateral; involucre rounded, subtruncate, strongly serrate towards apex; receptacle included.
Distribution and occurrence: Lord Howe Is. Endemic, in the upper regions of Mts Gower and Lidgbird. Moss forest.
