Haloragodendron monospermum (F.Muell.) Orchard APNI* Synonyms: Haloragis monosperma F.Muell. APNI*
Description: Erect shrub 1–2 m high; stems 4-ribbed.
Leaves sessile, juvenile leaves pinnatifid, adult leaves narrow-lanceolate, 10–18 mm long, 1–3 mm wide, margins obscurely toothed in the upper half.
Inflorescences of c. 12–14 simple or compound dichasia of up to 7 flowers. Flowers shortly pedicellate. Petals 4.5–6 mm long, shallowly boat-shaped, not twisted in bud, Anthers mostly 3–4 mm long. Ovary 4-angled.
Fruit ± obpyramidal, 3.5 mm long, 1.5–2 mm diam.
Distribution and occurrence: South-eastern N.S.W. from near Braidwood to Kybean. Grows in scrub, heath and dry sclerophyll forest chiefly on granitic soils, usually at high elevations.
