Grewia latifolia F.Muell. ex Benth. APNI*
Description: Multistemmed shrub, stellate-pubescent; more or less deciduous.
Leaves ovate-cordate, often broadly so, 7–11 cm long, 2–8 cm wide, margins irregularly toothed; upper surface scabrous, lower surface softly hairy; mostly 5-veined from base, secondary and tertiary cross veins raised and very obvious; petiole 5–15 mm long.
Cymes often 2- or 3-flowered. Sepals 6–8 mm long, hairy. Petals 3–4 mm long, yellow.
Fruit 8–10 mm across, brown.
Distribution and occurrence: Neither common nor widespread in this State; recorded from Copmanhurst and east of Glen Innes.
