Description: Terrestrial herb 20–35 cm high.
Inflorescence dense, 1–6 cm long, 5–30-flowered.
Flowers c. 9–11 mm across, green with a pale red labellum, lemon-scented. Dorsal sepal narrow-ovate to ovate, 4–5 mm long, 2–2.8 mm wide, striped, apex acuminate, margins with long cilia. Lateral sepals linear to lanceolate, 5–6 mm long, 1.2–1.5 mm wide, divergent, recurved, margins entire. Petals narrow-ovate to ovate, 2.5–3 mm long, 0.8–1 mm wide, striped, margins with long cilia. Labellum linear, 4–4.5 mm long, c. 1 mm wide, thin-textured, apex recurved, margins with numerous, coarse, pink to red cilia to 1.3 mm long.
Flowering: January–May.
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in sclerophyll forest, moss gardens over sandstone sheets and in heath; north from Nowra district.
