Description: Slender erect or prostrate herb with stems to 30 cm long, often forming mats over extensive areas.
Leaves ovate to elliptic, often slightly falcate, mostly 1–6 cm long, 1–2.5 cm wide, apex acuminate, base slightly asymmetric, margins toothed, pubescent; petiole 0–2 mm long.
Male and female heads c. 5 mm diam., whitish; peduncles c. 1–2 cm long.
Distribution and occurrence: Mostly in rainforest along creeks and seepages, north from Comboyne area.
