Description: Prostrate to decumbent aromatic annual (or short-lived perennial?) covered with glandular and other hairs.
Leaves elliptic to rhombic, lamina c. 10 mm long; petiole almost as long as lamina.
Inflorescence of dense axillary clusters. Flowers bisexual or female, c. 2 mm across. Perianth segments 5, with a triangular keel, each with 1 or a few teeth and/or stiff hairs, the top of the keels forming a flat plane at the apex of the flower, white or black. Stamen 1 or 0.
Seed erect, c. 0.7 mm diam.
