Dipodium roseum D.L.Jones & M.A.Clem. APNI*
Description: Terrestrial, reduced leaves subtending inflorescence ovate to broad-ovate, 0.5–3 cm long.
Inflorescence 30–80 cm long, 15–40-flowered; pedicel plus ovary 14–22 mm long, cream to pink to reddish brown, unspotted.
Sepals and lateral petals strongly recurved towards the tips, light pink with fine, darker spots. Sepals 10–20 mm long, 3–6 mm wide. Labellum 9–15 mm long, pink with darker pink longitudinal lines; callus keels parallel; central band of hairs mauve, narrow basally but widening to cover most of the apical half of the midlobe; midlobe about twice as long as broad.
Distribution and occurrence: in dry sclerophyll woodland to wet sclerophyll forest on a variety of soils; coastal districts south from Sydney and on the ranges, west to Carabost.
