Description: Terrestrial herb.
Leaves 2.
Flower broad, c. 20 mm across, green to reddish. Dorsal sepal obovate, 18–22 mm long, 6–8 mm wide; osmophore 2–3 mm long. Lateral sepals erect and curved forwards, 16–18 mm long, 3–4 mm wide; osmophore c. 2 mm long. Petals ovate to lanceolate, 12–13 mm long, 5–6 mm wide, divergent to incurved. Labellum broadly cordate, 12–13 mm long, 11–12 mm wide, with c. 24 linear to terete, erect, dark calli on the basal two-thirds, the largest c. 3 mm long.
Flowering: November–December
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in boggy sites with grasses and sedges; known from around Adaminaby and Kiandra and in the A.C.T.
