Description: Terrestrial herb.
Leaves 2.
Flower broad, c. 28 mm across, yellowish green. Dorsal sepal obovate, 17–20 mm long, 6–9 mm wide; osmophore c. 1 mm long. Lateral sepals erect and curved forwards, 14–16 mm long, c. 2 mm wide; osmophore c. 1 mm long. Petals lanceolate, 13–15 mm long, 4.5–6 mm wide, divergent. Labellum cordate, 12–13 mm long, 9–12 mm wide, with c. 12 linear to terete, erect or curved calli on the basal two-thirds, the largest c. 3.5 mm long.
Flowering: September–November
Distribution and occurrence: Grows on moist, sheltered slopes under shrubs; chiefly from Sydney south to the Budawang Ra.
