Description: Twiner with stems light yellow-green or brownish to dark-green; mostly < 1 mm thick, pubescent to glabrescent; haustoria 1–2 mm long.
Flowers and fruits stalked in simple or branched racemes or clustered in heads.
Fruit obovoid, ribbed, 8–9 mm long, glabrescent, greenish, drying green to brown.
Flowering: all year round.
