Description: Slender tree with green foliage.
Leaves 2–5 mm long, acutely keeled on dorsal surfaces.
Female cones solitary on slender fruiting branchlets, glaucous during development; 10–13 mm diam., ovoid to oblong, the alternate scales shorter and narrower; cone scales each with a dorsal point below the apex and a furrow below following dehiscence; columella stout, narrowed at the base, slightly angled. Seeds few, with 2 unequal wings.
Distribution and occurrence: in drier ranges inland from near the Qld border; not common in N.S.W.
