Description: Spreading to erect herb with twining flowering stems to 30 cm long.
Leaves lanceolate to oblanceolate, 2.5–5.5 cm long, 5–10 mm wide.
Inflorescences twining; fruiting pedicels curved upwards. Sepals 2.5–4.5 mm long. Petals 5–6 mm long, pale pink. Stamens 6–8.
Capsule 5.5–7.5 mm long; seeds > 20, reniform, papillate, dark brown to black.
Flowering: September–October
Distribution and occurrence: Appears to be restricted to Atriplex vesicaria shrubland.
