Flowers usually <10 mm across, white, the dorsal sepal lax (hooding the column), labellum midlobe entire wrinkled (flowers Oct.–Nov.); inflorescence unusually tall, to 24 cm high.
Distribution and occurrence: rare, recorded at Duramana (north of Bathurst).
