Asperula euryphylla Airy Shaw & Turrill APNI* 
Description: Decumbent to prostrate perennial herb; stems much-branched, to 30 cm long, scabrous with short, recurved hairs, denser at the nodes, internodes 2–5 cm long.
Leaves and stipules in whorls of 6–8, ovate to obovate or oblanceolate, 5–12 mm long, 2–5 mm wide, apex acute to obtuse, midrib narrow, lamina scabrous to glabrous.
Flowers in terminal cymes, 5–7-flowered. Corolla white; male flowers c. 3 mm long; female flowers c. 2 mm long.
Fruit 1–2 mm long, brown to black.
Flowering: October–December
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in moist sites in woodland and grassland; south from the Snowy Mtns, uncommon.

The varieties proposed by Shaw & Turrill (1928) based on leaf and stipule number cannot be reliably assigned to the N.S.W. material because of the scarcity of specimens and variability shown in the key characters.
