Description: Minute gland-tipped hairs on the outer faces of the involucral bracts, coarser erect hairs usually absent. Achenes conspicuously narrowed at the summit, and sometimes with a minute neck below the base of the pappus.
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in sclerophyll forest, north from Ku-ring-gai Chase N.P.
