Description: Small shrub to 0.6 m high; stems terete, finely bristly, not warty.
Leaves sessile, ± terete due to conduplicate margin, ± hispid, 1–2.5 cm long, 1–2 mm wide, apex acute and mucronate, sparsely bristly, upper surface smooth and deeply concave, lower surface warty and rounded.
Flowers axillary, solitary; peduncle 0.5–2 mm long; pedicel 2–5 mm long with 2 pairs of minute bracteoles at base. Petals elliptic, 7–8 mm long, white to pink, glabrous, keel thickened and glandular. Stamens free; filaments pilose; anthers glabrous.
Cocci erect or slightly divaricate, c. 7 mm long, beak c. 3 mm long.
Flowering: Spring.
Distribution and occurrence: Sydney to Nowra district. Grows in dry sclerophyll forest and heath on sandstone.
