Description: Stoloniferous shrub, with a dense indumentum of stellate hairs on most parts.
Leaves palmately lobed, often with some secondary lobing, with large narrow-triangular papery stipules.
Inflorescence of umbels racemosely arranged along panicle branches; pedicels continuous with receptacle (not articulated). Calyx an inconspicuous rim. Petals 4 or 5, valvate in bud, free or forming a calyptra, hairy on outer surface. Stamens 4 or 5. Styles 2, free.
Fruit a drupe.
Distribution and occurrence: World: 1 species, southern China, Taiwan. Australia: 1 species (naturalized).
