Description: Annual or biennial herbs, scabrous.
Inflorescence a corymbose panicle.
Sepals erect, inner pair slightly saccate. Petals clawed. Siliqua dehiscent, beaked; valves with 3 prominent veins; beak short, swollen; seeds 1 row per loculus.
Distribution and occurrence: World: 2 species Mediterranean. Australia: 1 species (naturalized).
